Batman: Arkham Asylum Attire
The new Batman game, Arkham Asylum, is pretty awesome, as everyone and their video game playing dog has asserted these past few weeks. However, the real highlight of most Batman series are the flamboyant but sinister villains: two female villains, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy, appear in Arkham Asylum in some sexy new duds to match their villainy. However, if the style of a crazy clown and a floral femme fatale is too risque, I’ve come up with two outfits inspired by their famous Batman eccentricity!
See the outfits after the break:
Harley Quinn requires a younger, goth/rock/schoolgirl sensibility that’s sexy and edgy. It’s definitely not office wear, but if you like corsets, skirts, and the colors red and purple, Dr. Quinn is the girl for you!
Floral Satin Blouse from Charlotte Russe For $19.99
Lace Satin Corset from Charlotte Russe For $26.99
Tripp Purple Lace Layered Tutu Skirt from Hot Topic For $36.00
Saucy Lace Leggings from Forever 21 For $9.80
Set of 3 Bangles, 2 plain one enamel with studs in Black and Silver Finish from GirlProps For $2.99
Stella Waist Belt in Black from Delia*s For $19.50
Elle Sherri Platform Heels from Kohl’s On Sale for $39.99
Leather Bow Glove in Red from Urban Outfitters For $28.00
Poison Ivy is more adult and seductive, with lots of greens, deep reds, and floral accents. As an intelligent botanist turned criminal, she knows how to dress for work and for a night of crime:
Satin Braided Top in Kiwi from Charlotte Russe For $19.99
Women’s Perfect Khakis in Jalapeno from Old Navy For $25.00
Cranberry Cotton-Poly Hooded Trench Coat by Michael Kors For $141.00
Rose Cropped Cardigan in Royal/Black from Forever 21 For $19.80
Silk Flowers Necklace in Black from Forever 21 For $10.80
Sateen Florettes Headband in Fuschia from Forever 21 For $5.80
Poison Ivy’s Mended Heart Ornament from deastar at etsy.com For $10.00
