Geekreative (Geek + Creative) is written by Jade, an artist/writer/geek turned blogger. A graduate of New York University with a B.S. in Studio Art, she aims to carve out a space where women artists, crafters, writers and all around geeks can celebrate girl geekitude and creativity. An oddity amongst geeks, she loves science fiction, horror movies, fantasy novels, fashion, art, science, video games, making vague lists and writing about herself in the third person. She loves to bring out the beauty in geek, and connect with awesome people around the world. All are welcome: girly geeks, geeky girls, and anyone interested in women of the geek world!
She has a wonderful boyfriend, Boyfriend Scott, who is her partner in crime for game reviews and whose help with all things programming has been instrumental!
